About migration

Will my service go down during migration?

Data is copied in the background; downtime happens only in the cutover window you choose, during DNS and the final sync.

Which providers do you migrate from?

Hetzner, OVH, DigitalOcean and any other provider whose servers you can give us access to.

What if something goes wrong?

For seven days after cutover you can switch back to your old setup; we recommend keeping the old server until then.

Is migration paid?

Migration is free when you order dedicated or cloud servers from stock.
