About KVKK-compliant servers

In which country is my data kept?

All servers and backups run on our infrastructure in Türkiye; data is not transferred abroad without your instruction.

Do you sign a data processing agreement?

Yes. In addition to the terms of service, we sign a KVKK-compliant data processing annex on request.

How long are access logs kept?

Access logs are kept for the period required by Law No. 5651 and can be exported for official requests or audits.

Can I make my existing server compliant?

You can turn on two-factor authentication and roles in the console today; for the contract annex and log retention, just write to our sales team.
