From order to delivery in three steps

  1. Pick a configuration

    Choose the server from the list; set the hostname and operating system.

  2. Pay, and installation starts

    The amount is taken from your balance and installation starts on its own; no setup fee on servers in stock.

  3. Collect your access details

    When installation finishes, the IP address and root password appear in the console and we notify you by e-mail. The password is shown to accounts that have completed verification.

About dedicated servers

When is the server delivered?

Servers in stock are installed automatically after payment and delivered within hours. Once installed, the IP address and root password appear in the console; we also notify you by email.

Which operating systems can be installed?

Ubuntu 24.04 and 22.04, Debian 12, Proxmox VE 9 and 8 are installed automatically. For a system not in the list, talk to sales.

What if I need a configuration not in the list?

Memory and disks can be changed to order. Tell us what you need; we reply within one business day with a price and delivery time.

How does billing work?

The monthly fee is taken from your balance; no setup fee, no commitment. Cancel any month and the server runs until the end of the period without renewing.

How do I access the server?

Root access, remote console (KVM) and serial console in the browser, remote power control and reinstall are ready in the console.

What happens on a hardware failure?

The failed part is replaced within hours; you follow the status from your support request.
